📄 Cancellation Policy – Oxyzen

 

At Oxyzen, in addition to standard orders, we also offer products in the form of subscriptions, pre-orders or a trial period. Below you can read how you can change or cancel these orders.

🔁 Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Oxyzen, you will automatically receive recurring deliveries based on the frequency you choose (e.g. monthly).

  • Your payment details are stored securely

  • Payment is made upon delivery or in advance, depending on your choice

  • Some subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the term

Do you want to cancel or adjust your subscription ? You can do this at any time via the link in your confirmation email or by contacting us at info@oxyzen.nl .

⏳ Pre-orders

With a pre-order you buy a product that is not yet in stock or will be available soon. Depending on the product:

  • Is your payment collected in advance in full or in part?

  • Or will your payment method be saved for later collection?

A pre-order can be cancelled as long as it has not been shipped . Has your pre-order already been shipped? Then you can return the product after receipt according to our return policy.

🧪 Try before you buy

Certain promotions allow you to try products before you pay. In that case:

  • We pre-authorize your payment method

  • Do you receive the product within a decision period (e.g. 7 days)?

  • If you return the product within that period, we will not charge you anything.

  • If you keep the product, we will automatically collect the purchase amount

📄 Retourbeleid – Oxyzen

Bij Oxyzen staan kwaliteit en klanttevredenheid centraal. Ben je niet tevreden met je bestelling? Dan kun je onder de onderstaande voorwaarden een product retourneren.

1. Herroepingsrecht

Je hebt het recht om je bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te annuleren zonder opgave van reden. Na aanmelding heb je nog eens 14 dagen om het product retour te sturen.

📩 Meld je retour aan via info@oxyzen.nl met je naam en ordernummer.

2. Voorwaarden voor retourneren

Producten moeten ongebruikt, ongeopend en in originele verpakking zijn.
Neusstrips mogen alleen worden geretourneerd als de verpakking ongeopend is.
Retouren moeten binnen 14 dagen na aanmelding bij ons binnen zijn en vergezeld gaan van een aankoopbewijs.

3. Terugbetaling

Na ontvangst en controle van je retour betalen wij het aankoopbedrag (excl. retourkosten) binnen 14 dagen terug via je oorspronkelijke betaalmethode.

4. Beschadigd of verkeerd product?

Is je bestelling beschadigd of onjuist geleverd? Neem binnen 7 dagen contact op via info@oxyzen.nl. Wij zorgen dan voor een passende oplossing.

5. Retouradres

Het retouradres wordt verstrekt na aanmelding via e-mail.
📦 Bewaar je verzendbewijs; wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor verloren of beschadigde retourzendingen.
